Well, Emily is now one day old and it has been wonderful getting to know her a little bit more. She is a lovely little girl who is very patient with her parents as they are learning to change her nappy and clothes, learning to hold her and learning how to interpret her whimpers. (As long as parents are willing to be patient when Emily has her bad days!)
So here are a few more snaps from day one. Maybe we will be able to get some pictures from home tomorrow!

Hope the transition from hospital to home goes well. It can all seem a bit scary once you get your new daughter home - but it's also amazing how different the world seems, brighter, more exciting becuase you're sharing it with a precious new life! Enjoy
